Boomer Fit

Strength, conditioning and well being for the boomer generation

As the name suggests, our Boomer Fit exercise class is designed specifically for the Baby Boomers generation (over-50's) and the changes that occur in our body as we mature. Each class has been expertly developed by our team of exercise physiologists and exercise scientists.

Sessions are fun and social whilst including a variety of engaging exercises such as free weights, body weights, Pilates based movements, and aerobic conditioning. Regular attendance has been found to increase strength, boost energy and endurance, enhance body physique and improve bone health. Whether you’ve been exercising all your life or just starting out, Boomer Fit will be the perfect fit to achieve your weekly exercise goals and beyond.
