As the name suggests, our Boomer Fit exercise class is designed specifically for the Baby Boomers generation (over-50's) and the changes that occur in our body as we mature. Each class has been expertly developed by our team of exercise physiologists and exercise scientists.
Sessions are fun and social whilst including a variety of engaging exercises such as free weights, body weights, Pilates based movements, and aerobic conditioning. Regular attendance has been found to increase strength, boost energy and endurance, enhance body physique and improve bone health.
