​Intune’s Living Life – Fitness for the over 70’s classes provide a safe, friendly, social and communal environment with prescribed exercises from our highly skilled team of accredited exercise physiologists and exercise scientists. The programs are created to be scaled to suit a wide variety of levels of ability allowing for maximum inclusion and accessibility.
