Director & Head of Sport Science & Exercise Physiology
Brodie has over 10 years experience as a practicing sport scientist and accredited exercise physiologist. He has Bachelor of Science (Sport & Exercise), Honours in Biomechanics (human movement) and Masters in Exercise Physiology. He has worked with elite athletes to 90+ year olds and held teaching positions at both University of the Sunshine Coast and Victoria University.
Brodie’s sport science work is centred around a holistic approach encompassing the athlete's physiological attributes, capacities and sport specific demands, application of correct training stimulus and adaptation, and biomechanics, skill acquisition and equipment selection. Brodie has successfully worked with all types of athletes from novice and experienced age groupers, through to professionals setting World records and achieving Olympic Games representation.
