Strong body, strong mind
Utilising the best and most relevant research, a Strength & Conditioning Coach works with athletes of varying ages and skill levels to provide periodic training plans designed to enhance their performance and to minimise the risk of injury.
At Intune Sports, our personalised training plans are developed to produce physiological adaptations that will help improve qualities such as stability, strength, speed, power and muscular hypertrophy. Our programs are designed with the physical demands of each athlete’s sport in mind and the specific qualities that require development.
The appropriate use of volume, intensity, and repetition ranges and speeds, are manipulated to produce optimal performance gains and to fit into the athlete’s training and competition schedule. Training modalities range from bodyweight, control-based exercises through to the explosive power benefits required for Olympic-level Weightlifting, for example. From developing athletes to Masters, technical proficiency is at the core of everything we do to help athletes move better and perform at their best.
