Here at Intune Sports and Health we are dedicated to providing women with supportive, personalised exercise programs at any stage in their lives. We believe women should be empowered in achieving any desired level of fitness throughout their health journey including pre and postnatal, pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. We have an understanding into the physiological changes that occur throughout pregnancy and lactation, therefore enabling us to modify programs accordingly.
Using exercise as a key for rehabilitation, improving muscle strength and adapting to everyday activities, our Exercise Physiologists are excited to educate women in how they can maximise their relationship with fitness and wellbeing.
